Due to the fact that we make guitars from solid wood, it is necessary to take into account its properties. Wood is very sensitive to large and sudden changes in temperature and humidity, and events of this type should be avoided. Store the guitar in an area with an air humidity between 40 - 70%. Avoid storage in overdried rooms where the humidity is less than 40%. If the guitarl is exposed for a long time in a room with air humidity below 40%, large destructions and cracks can occur, especially on the body. Too low humidity causes the wood to dry out, too high humidity, on the other hand, causes it to swell and expand ... Protection against mechanical damage is also very important. We recommend that you purchase a Hiscox hard case for the guitar, which will provide you with a safe place to store your instrument.

Guarantee
The warranty is 6 months from the date of sale. Customers registered in our database have an extended warranty of 5 years (see below). The warranty provided by the extended warranty does not pass to third parties. This warranty / guarantee does not cover mechanical damage or damage caused by air humidity above 80% or very low humidity below 40%. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper handling or unprofessional intervention. Other warranty and complaint conditions are governed by the Civil law.

To claim the extended five-year warranty, it is necessary to fill in the registration card (confirmed by the seller) and send it to the manufacturer's address.
